We are immensely proud of our undergraduate nursing students for their remarkable achievement - publication in the Egyptian Pediatric Association Gazette (Springer Nature):

“The effect of a 360º educational video in a virtual reality on preoperative fear and postoperative pain in children undergoing tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy: a blind, randomized, controlled study.”

This pioneering research reflects the Faculty of Nursing’s mission at An-Najah National University to prepare students for research and evidence-based practice, while advancing innovation in artificial intelligence and virtual reality applications in healthcare.

This research was completed under the supervision of: Dr. Aidah Alkaissi and Dr. Nizar Said.

with the participation of the students: Naseem Abd Rabbo, Elham Awad, Mohammad Turman, and Maisam Abu Al-Roub.

Congratulations to our talented students and supervisors — a proud milestone for nursing education and research in Palestine!
