The Union of the One Nursing Family Association was established in 2014 and has since gained wide recognition due to its diverse activities in scientific, educational, and social fields. In 2016, the association was officially accredited by the Deanship of Student Affairs and the administration of An-Najah National University.
We believe that by working within the framework of this association, we can foster and develop a spirit of initiative and leadership in constructive work. The association aspires to be a leading nursing body with distinguished excellence at all levels through practical and professional engagement in serving both the nursing profession and the community.
To emphasize the role of nursing in assisting individuals - whether ill or healthy - and to highlight that nursing is a science, an art, and a skill. A nurse is concerned with the person as a whole - body, mind, and spirit - and works to maintain the individual’s well-being on all these levels while aiding recovery during illness. This care extends beyond the patient to include their family and community, encompassing environmental care and the provision of health education through guidance and positive role modeling.
The association aims to
- Foster a spirit of cooperation among students socially.
- Elevate the academic level of students and enhance their general knowledge.
- Support and encourage students to showcase their talents and creativity.
- Achieve accomplishments that reflect the university’s status.
Academic Supervision: The founder and supervisor of all activities is MRs. Mahdia Koni, who, in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs, selects the committee heads.
These heads are then assigned to the following committees:
- Association President
- Scientific Committee
- Cultural Committee
- Social Committee
- Artistic Committee
- Sports Committee

- Graduation oath ceremonies.
